Weigh in week 3
well damn I worked out harder this week then i ever have but ... no pounds off... didnt gain any either but thats a little frustrating LOL... I know there are reasons like muscle is heavier then fat blah blah blah but you want to see numbers dropping LOL... I can definately see a difference in shape ...things are moving and i feel stronger so Im sure its just a little blip in the big picture

3 more pounds off and I did have a little piece of birthday cake yesterday... LOL
so total thus far 12 pounds!! yeay.. Only 18 lbs to go to the half way point goal!

the Work out program is working...
I started off the New Year Joining a gym and made a descision to really truley eat healthy and get some excersize! 1 week in and I have dropped 9 lbs and I am feeling great... No sodas, drinking water and juices for a change of pace.. lots of fresh veggies and fruit and I am excited to keep it up for the first time in my life I really feel Like I can whip myself into shape!

As I grow in age, I value women over 40 most of all. Here are just a few reasons why:
A woman over 40 will never wake you in the middle of the night and ask, 'What are you thinking?' She doesn't care what you think.
If a woman over 40 doesn't want to watch the game, she doesn't sit around whining about it. She does something she wants to do, and it's usually more interesting..
Women over 40 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you if they think they can get away with it.
Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved. They know what it's like to be unappreciated.
Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to a woman over 40.
Once you get past a wrinkle or two, a woman over 40 is far sexier than her younger counterpart.
Older women are forthright and honest. They'll tell you right off if you are a jerk, if you are acting like one. You don't ever have to wonder where you stand with her.
Yes, we praise women over 40 for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately, it's not reciprocal. For every stunning, smart, well-coiffed, hot woman over 40, there is a bald, paunchy relic in yellow pants making a fool of himself with some 22-year old waitress. Ladies, I apologize.
For all those men who say, 'Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free? here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage. Why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire pig just to get a little sausage!

New years... and the changes im making.
well another years gone by and its time to post my lessons I learned in 2008
1. Plan ahead for September its the slowest money month of the year and will take me out finacially if i dont plan ahead.
2.I dont need to be married any time soon... LOL nor do I think I want to anymore... but Im leaving that open for negotiation.
3. NO More Soda.... i think I can have one and move on but before you know it Im drinking it all the time and getting off that stuff is like getting off drugs ....
4. I still have amazing wonderful friends, and i need to spend more time this year showing them how much i truly love them.
5. I learned im pretty awesome at karaoke and Im gonna keep on singing in 09
6. i learned 3 year olds are alot of work....but so are doggies LOL
7. I learned its time to start planning my finacial future and quit being such a starving artist! Time to really really really get that website up and running...
8. I learned that even after all this time I am still in love with the man who got away and I dont know if anyone will ever compare.
9. I learned that connecting back to your roots and the people you grew up with is a lot of fun.
and
10. I learned that Life as beautiful as it is, can be taken away in the blink of an eye... so its time to soak it up and live it, love everyone, treasure your time and your mind ...and write down what you may forget in the future... so you can have something to look back on to try to remember.
I love you all and I hope your 2009 is Full of Love, Happiness, Healing, and Prosperity in every aspect of the life you live.
