I have to meet my insurance person to do a wind assessment on the Gardenton ST. house that I am renting at the end of the month, and then they will be doing one on this house as well in the afternoon. This will lower the homeowners insurance premiums, hopefully.
Also, the glass beads for the new pool filter are being delivered tomorrow, so I have to be here for that as well as the air conditioning guy who needs to replace a valve that was ordered last week. Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance! I feel like the janitor at a hotel. ... I don't have to go to work, work until thursday, but I have a lot of school work to do. Oh well...
