Everything has of course been a bit insane lately...
The escort has passed away LOL.. well not really LOL it actually sucks but it would cost more to fix it then the car is worth so i have to have it towed home this weekend from the garage... for it to take a bit of a vacation... 8( back to the jimmy i go.
Things with John and I are wonderful... having a great time getting to know each other ...did I say wonderful.... I meant kick ass!
We are heading to the beach this weekend with Jackie and her husband for a little r and r... should be fun....ok maragaritas tooooooooooo! LMAO
they took my raise away from me in my check today that smarted but the district manager is working it out and getting it back for me so they are on notice... and if it doesnt come back well I might not come back either !!! LOL
was gonna enter a contest for karaoke to win a 1000 bucks this weekend but, noone seems to know when or where the actual contest is and it became too much work to figure it out ... but im having fun practicing ... been going to the cozy cove and singing ... john (my music Manager LOL) loves picking out the songs...
Next month we are flying to philly to go to Johns class reunion... 25 years hes an old fart lmao!!!! ( he is watching me type this so I gotta rag him a little.)
well, thats the short version of whats new and interesting at the lake...

Sorry about the Escort, but a car's a car. You know what they say, "Car's are like buses, a new one comes along every 20 minutes....Or is that, "Guys are like buses..." , and that saying is not about cars at all? Whatever.... cars, buses, piggyback...as long as you get there, that's what counts!

Don't forget your sunscreen when you go to the beach this weekend, and of course, your pail and shovel for building sandcastles. Please take pictures. And you might want to bring an extra bottle of tequila in case the little kid you're building sandcastles with steals your drink when you're not looking.

The trip to Philly sounds familiar, last August Marv and I flew up for a "George's Music" reunion they had in Spring City. He was George's first employee. Anyway, Marv is from Pennsylvania as well and actually grew up in an old house that used to be George Washington's army field hospital. No kidding! We went there and I saw it! ... Anyway, have a great time when you go. It's so pretty up there. Just remember to bring something warm in case it gets chilly. (You can tell I'm a mom.) LOL
Well, good! I'm glad all is well with you both and life is fun. It should be! Remember you're dead a lo-o-ng time, so having fun is essential now, if you don't want to spend the rest of eternity being pissed off in Heaven!
