Weigh in week 3

well damn I worked out harder this week then i ever have but ... no pounds off... didnt gain any either but thats a little frustrating LOL... I know there are reasons like muscle is heavier then fat blah blah blah but you want to see numbers dropping LOL... I can definately see a difference in shape ...things are moving and i feel stronger so Im sure its just a little blip in the big picture

Yeah, don't be discouraged. Sometimes it takes the body a little while to catch up with the program. No worries though,you'll probably see results on your scale next week. : )

You're doing great, Anna! Keep up the good work. Think about how wonderful you're gonna look and feel in May!

Oh and don't feel bad, I've been dieting a bit and actually GAINED a pound last week!! No bloody, ^%*&**&t joke! ...Just for that I feel like going out and buying cheesecake, but I won't. : / ... sigh...
